Cosfer CSF209M Bosu Ball - Blue

Product Description

Cosfer Bosu Ball

The Bosu ball recently entered the fitness world as an exciting exercise tool. You can use its top and bottom sections for many exercises while working on endurance, strength, balance, and stability.

It has recently started to be used in exercise halls. "Bosu" stands for "Both Sides Utilized" and was produced with the logic of the original balance ball (known as the pilates ball). The Bosu ball is a combination of a hard plastic surface and a half-balance ball fused to it. It looks like a world cut at the equator. One side of the ball is flat, and the other side is dome-shaped. Its most important advantage is stability. It stays where you put it, so you don't need a wide area like with the original balance ball. On the other hand, working on the dome side provides the desired unstable working opportunity. Therefore, this side of the Bosu ball is generally used by people who want to do cardio exercises and increase the strength of the lower body and core muscles. Resistance cables are attached to the Bosu ball. When the Bosu ball is turned over, we encounter the hard black surface. Exercises performed on this surface are quite difficult. You must maintain your center of gravity while exercising on a surface where the center of balance is constantly changing. Even just standing on the ball becomes a challenging exercise; however, attention should be paid to the possibility of falling. In addition, you can perform upper body exercises such as push-ups, spins, and twists on this part. The Bosu ball is great for light relaxation, stretching, and intense exercises; stretching movements strengthen the muscles and provide body balance. The Bosu ball allows many common exercises to be done with an exercise ball. The flat surface can also be used for the same exercises.
